Terms of Sale

These Trade Terms apply to all sales of products (“Goods”) supplied by Piraetec PL (“we”, “us”, “our”) from our store or by direct order.

By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

1. Pricing & Quotes

1. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
2. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless withdrawn earlier.
3. We may correct pricing errors without notice.

2. Payment Terms

1. Payment is due at the time of purchase or collection unless a trade account has been approved.
2. We accept: cash/EFTPOS/credit card/bank transfer.
3. Credit card surcharges may apply.
4. Special orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

3. Collection & Delivery

1. Risk in the Goods passes to you upon collection or delivery.
2. Title to Goods passes only after full payment is received.
3. Delivery times are estimates only and delays do not entitle cancellation.

4. Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. We offer refunds or replacements where required by law.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to:

• Return within 3 days of purchase
• Goods must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
• Proof of purchase
• A restocking fee of 15% may apply
• Special-order items are non-returnable

5. Product Use & Suitability

1. You are responsible for ensuring the Goods are suitable for your intended application.
2. All waterproofing and building products must be installed strictly according to the supplier’s instructions and relevant building codes.
3. We are not liable for:
   • Incorrect installation
   • Improper surface preparation
   • Use inconsistent with product instructions
   • Consequential or indirect loss

6. Trade Accounts

1. Approved trade customers must pay their accounts within 30 days of invoice.
2. We may suspend or cancel credit accounts for overdue payments.
3. Interest of 10% per annum may apply to overdue amounts.
4. We may require a personal guarantee from directors or owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:

• Replacement of the Goods, or
• Refund of the purchase price.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW Australia.
